Scope of work:
The project consists of the redevelopment of the existing Imax Darling Harbour site into a new five star hotel comprising of a new Imax theatre, 449 hotel rooms, 143 serviced apartments 143 parking space via a mechanical car stacker, swimming pools, bars, restaurants, retail tenancy spaces and public domain redevelopment. Heyday’s scope includes full design and construction of low voltage systems, communications and security.
