Commercial office and fitout for the Commonwealth Bank consisting of 26,000 sqm NLA campus style office is the only commercial building in Sydney’s new urban neighbourhood, Darling Square in Darling Harbour, and will target a 6 Star Green Star design rating and 5 Star NABERS energy rating.

With the NSW Government pre-committing 62,000 square metres within 4 Parramatta Square, it is the first of  four towers to commence construction. The $400m commercial building is set to be both iconic and visually striking, standing 40 storeys high with exceptional views across the Parramatta CBD and back toward the Sydney CBD. On completion, Tower four will be the tallest commercial building outside of Sydney CBD, and the largest in the Parramatta Square precinct.

100 Mount Street is a development site in the heart of the North Sydney CBD on the corner of Mount and Walker Streets. Two existing buildings (90 and 100 Mount Street) have been demolished to make way for the new 44 level tower, which includes six basement levels and two ground-floor retail areas. It will be the tallest building in North Sydney, and it has been designed to achieve a 5-Star Green Star Design and As-Built v1.1 rating and a 5-Star NABERS Energy rating. In what will be North Sydney’s premier commercial site, the tower includes:

  • 34 levels of office accommodation with an average floor plate greater than 1,200m²

Stockland Green Hills is nearing completion of the $412 million redevelopment which will more than double the size of the centre from around 33,000 square metres to around 72,000 square metres.
On completion, Stockland Green Hills will feature David Jones, Target plus Big W, Coles and Woolworths, 12 mini-majors including Harris Scarfe, Best & Less and JB Hi-Fi and over 210 specialty and kiosk retailers, including an international retailer to be announced.
